Great experience with both Leo and Tony. We found a car that we wanted to gift to our son and they made the process as painless as you can ask for, especially as an out of state purchase. They stood behind the purchase, were honest, ethical and even covered repair costs for a preexisting issue that neither of us knew about prior. They even stayed open well past business hours to accommodate my flight coming into Midway after their published hours. Class act all the way. Thank you gentlemen! Car buying isn't fun, but this company made it as painless as possible. Really impressed with them, and that is saying something. By the way, my son LOVES the Audi S4. Thank you! I'd give you 6 stars if I could.

I went in for a trade in of my cx 5 to a more recent cx 9 on a very cold Monday morning. Before doing the trade in, i called on Saturday afternoon asking the salesperson (Leo) for the advertised CX 9 and its out the door price including license, tax and doc fee; He also provide an estimation of my car trade in value. Come Monday, i go to the dealership with my family and everything goes very smooth, Leo would even manage to increase my trade-in value from their initial estimate so that i pay less than the initial offer. Overall this dealership and Leo the salesperson is a professional and honest people, their inventory options are also boasting from great to excellent condition cars. I highly recommend to come to Pro-Cars if you look for a reliable used car, who knows i may do another trade-in with them in the future. Pro-tip: asks for Leo as your salesperson, you won't regret it, an honest and remarkable guy.

They have excellent customer service—responsive to texts and phone calls, detailed in providing information about the vehicle, and dedicated to making the process simple. They are honest and stand by their reputation. When an oversight occurred with the vehicle they sold me, I requested a credit for the mistake, and they resolved it promptly by paying me right away. Leo and Tony, the representatives working with me, were fantastic throughout the process. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle with Pro Car USA.

i’m in love! with my vehicle 2017 4runner TRD Pro Premium. I’m a first time buyer! Leo is the man for real! He knew i was new to this and didn’t try to pull my pockets. I didn’t get the name of the secretary but she was awesome as well. I’m so happy!
